Huge landscaped royal gardens on the south-west edge of the city, with themed garden areas and wide lawns. It is a good open space for kids to run and cycle, and the park's own site advertises a hill-tribe market on Saturdays and Sundays.
Worth knowing
Go early in the morning or late afternoon; there is little shade between the gardens in the hot season.
